You may request a copy of a Fire Report to document service you received from the Cherokee County Fire Department.  Please fill out the Fire Report Request Form and either email the completed form to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it   or fax to 678.493.6111. Once the form is received, our office will contact you within two business days to let you know that the report is ready.  Fire reports must be picked up at our office in person with valid I.D.  There is a $5.00 processing fee which can be paid by cash or check made payable to "Cherokee County Fire Marshal's Office." 

Note that information associated with fire incidents involving possible criminal activity are handled by the County’s Fire Investigators. Please call 678.614.9007 regarding these types of incidents.
